Full Restoration Workshop

The two-day workshop with Tina was nothing short of amazing. My open-minded approach to the workshop allowed me to trust the process and tools used to enhance my spiritual journey and discovery of life’s purpose. Two significant moments, I felt that had the biggest impact, were the ‘Mirror work’ and ‘Life’s Lessons using Soul Link’. Love is a difficult concept to truly understand, particularly when surrounded by global turmoil, societal and media distortions. I thought I was a loving person and understood the importance of giving love to others. When doing the ‘Mirror work’ to my bewilderment, I found that in reality how difficult it actually was to love myself. When I began the session, saying, “I love you” to the person in the mirror was extremely difficult. By the end of the workshop, I was able to open-heartedly say it with meaning and truly connect with my spirit within. ‘Life Lessons using Soul Link’ was another tool that had a profound impact to my soul and spiritual healing. It is unbelievable to think that connecting with past memories linked to my ancestors, have contributed to suppressing my true self. Throughout the session I was overcome with unexplainable emotions and instantly felt the release of negative energies which in turn exposing my true life’s purposes. Simply extraordinary and energising!

The Restoration Program has changed my life. My beautiful and caring teacher Tina has shown me lifelong techniques using Restoration and Soul Link. I went from not being able to look in the mirror without self hatred, feeling like a stranger was staring back at me to walking away with a new confidence and love for myself. During these two days I was taken through a process that worked on myself on all levels, neutralising past emotions and feelings associated with bad memories. This has left me feeling at peace and filled with happiness that I have not felt for a long time. My life is a lot calmer and I feel I am now able to forgive, release, and empower, with lasting results. Tina provided a supportive, loving and safe environment to facilitate the change that comes from doing this work. The Restoration Course cannot be explained to anyone. It’s something that you have to experience. It’s amazing.

Walking into the Restoration Therapy I was unsure what to expect although had hoped to achieve balance and understanding within myself; in hopefully assisting me in regards to my self worth and in curbing my anxiety in which i struggle with immensely. I myself am very open to spiritual healing ,however this therapy is second to none. This was honestly truly beyond imaginable. I feel from this healing therapy with Tina I have recreated and redefined myself in past and present in a step to achieve the future I desire. Restoration allows you to mend and heal yourself from subconsciously to consciousness. In each step of the Restoration therapy I took away with me multiple tool's, that I have now implemented into my everyday practices. Soul Link & Mirror work have assisted me greatly in removing negative energy and further improving my acceptance of self love. In conclusion to this therapy I have learnt to slow down and to just breathe as well as to focus my energy on positive outgoings whether directed inwards to myself or outwards to others. To learn to love myself completely and to truly feel self worth is what I currently work on daily through use of mirror work; my perception of myself has changed greatly. I now believe honestly within myself that I am enough as I am. More and more each day through the use of Soul Link as well as Mirror Work I feel that my Anxiety has diluted significantly. I learnt to love ... not only others but to unconditionally love myself through forgiveness and in embracing the past. I learnt to accept my mistakes and to move forward with the lessons that have been learnt. I cannot ever thank Tina enough for this transformation I have felt within myself and the transformation that has formed in my day to day life. I am truly grateful. My sole practice moving forward. I have made mistakes, these are my lessons. I am enough.
