All prices, including shipping costs, are in Australian dollars (AUD $); all monetary transactions processed via the website will be charged in Australian dollars.
Shipments within Australia incur a shipping and handling fee of $9 per order. The shipping and handling fee will be displayed during the check-out process, before the order is finalised and payment is confirmed.
All product shipments within Australia will be despatched by Australia Post, generally within 48 hours of placing your order.
Shipment to most destinations in Australia will be within two (2) to five (5) working days from the date of despatch. Additional time may be required for delivery to more remote destinations.
ORDER MODIFICATION AND / OR CANCELLATION
Please take care with your product selection – an order cannot be cancelled or modified via the website once the order has been processed and payment made.
If for any reason you do wish to modify or cancel an order please contact us and we will endeavour, but cannot guarantee, to comply with your request. If an order modification or cancellation request is received after an order has been shipped, then it is your responsibility to return the product to Goddess Alchemy Temple in a re-saleable condition to receive a refund for cost of product only (minus shipping fees).
